Shops
We have two shops, one is a bargain £1
shop with adult and children's clothing. In
addition there are books, records, tapes
and CD's.
Retail Outlets (Shops and Cafe)
Our retail outlets are located at
our Centre House offices in the
heart of Nottingham City centre

They are open 5 days a week
from 9.45am - 3.30pm Monday to
Friday.

Cafe early morning takeaway from
8.30am
The main shop sells selection of nearly
new clothes, there is a wide price range to
suit everyone's pocket, including new
lingerie. This shop also sells pictures,
quality bric-a-brac and some books. There
are also new seasonal  purchases such as
cards, calendars and diaries at Christmas.
We have a large stock basement where
we keep clothes. Should someone require
special clothing for events like fancy dress
and party clothes. Occasionally we do
have bridal wear.
The shops are staffed with a full time
trainer and part time shop volunteers, with
the operational management being
supervised by a volunteer trustee to the
Society.
Volunteer adults with learning disabilities
are offered NVQ training within the retail
sector. The course covers the handling of
stock, health and safety implications along
with customer care.
